I don't usually like working with trainers...my issue, not theirs. I often find them pushy (which is what they are supposed to be) or intimidating (as a way of motivating). All well and good at first, but over time, it just doesn't work for me. Carol's approach is different. She works WITH her clients: she listens, hears the goals and desires, and then comes up with a plan that is do-able, non-threatening, flexible, and achievable. Moreover, it's an approach that is non-threatening and keeps the client involved, motivated, and able to get results. Highly recommended!

One of Carol's greatest qualities is that she knows just how much to motivate you at your own level. She has a very balanced and positive philosophy towards fitness - too much too soon would discourage us. She treats each client as an individual and tailors each regime to meet the client's needs.
Carol constantly innovates and changes the routines so that you are never bored and your body has to rise to a new challenge each time. In addition, Carol really makes sure that we learn how to execute techniques with precision and focus, thereby getting maximum benefits from the workout. She pays particular attention to posture, so that the body is built upon a firm foundation and injury is minimised.
On a more personal level, Carol’s personality and her sense of humour is a joy. We have yet to encounter somebody who is not a fan of Carol's because of her friendliness, positive nature, skill and commitment, she is truly an amazing person and she has become a dear friend.
We both highly recommend Carol to anyone looking for real results, and not quick fixes that do not yield long term results. Fitness and healthy food is really a lifestyle, and Carol is a firm believer and teacher in that.
