Health Consultation
Rest assure that our trainers will go through a comprehensive health and fitness consultation. By the end of the consultation you will be given your own profile set up which consists of your body composition ie: fat/muscle/water measurements. As well as testing you for your musclular strength and endurance. The asesment willl cover an analysis of your posture and understading exactly where your body might have some muscle imbalance. You will be taken through a series of questions in regards to your health history as well as understanding what your goals are and setting realistic achievable outcomes.
Finally you will be presented with a personal workout program designed to progress your health to a better and stronger you.
