Personal Advanced Training Coaches are dedicated to giving you as many options as you need to make living life a fulfilling one. We offer health & wellness coaching, as well as one on one & group personal training sessions. We have appointments at a variety of times to fit in with you. Personal training is a job that starts with heart, motivation and a love for all things fitness. But, there’s more to it than pumping iron at the gym. At Personal Advanced Training we deliver safe, effective, fun and interesting workouts to all fitness-training clients. The training programs we develop are varied, progressive, and geared toward improving your health and wellness. As a trainer, we are enthusiastic and supportive, so that our clients remain interested and stimulated, which helps ensure they stick with the program.

Carol has obtained her qualifications from the Australian Institute of fitness. She possess a working knowledge of human anatomy and the concepts of functional exercise, advanced nutrition and fundamental principles of exercise science.
Her passion to design and execute individual and small group exercise fitness programs, keeps all her clients from all ages, eager and keen for wanting more. Her ability to tailor attainable goals of the individual, in a safe and effective way, continually produces successful results.
Carol's desire to help clients reach their health and fitness goals are what makes her unique. She makes sure to listen foremost to their needs and takes a holistic approach when setting goals which incorporate cardiovascular, resistance and flexibility exercises.

Dimitre Jabbour is a certified Personal & Transformation Coach, a certified Gym & Group Fitness Instructor, as well as receiving the awarded Master trainer level, through the Australian institute of Fitness. With an unyielding dedication to helping others, Dimitre posses innovative techniques, education and nutritional guidance for individuals as they shed unwanted kilos.

Dimitre has experience working with a wide variety of populations through many different fitness domains including weight loss, strength and conditioning, injury prevention, and endurance training.
